British Fluid Power Association (BFPA)
BFPA was formed in 1986 (formerly AHEM 1959-1986) to promote the technical, trade and commercial interests of British manufacturers and suppliers of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The Association is a very active member of CETOP - the European Oil Hydraulic and Pneumatic Committee. |

CETOP, the European Oil Hydraulic and Pneumatic Committee, was founded in 1962. Thirteen European countries are represented by their National Fluid Power Associations with about 1000 companies. |

Fluid Power Institute (Milwaukee School of Engineering)
Established in 1962 and comprised of faculty, staff, students and the state-of-the-art laboratory, the Fluid Power Institute has remained a pioneer in motion control and fluid power education and technology transfer activities. It has expanded into electrohydraulic interface studies and currently has active programs in fluid power systems design, applications of fluid power to manufacturing, component evaluation and filtration and contamination testing.

The Fluid Power Society is the International Organization for Fluid Power and Related Motion Control Professionals. It has Chapters in major cities and has Student Chapters in leading Fluid Power Educational Institutions. The Society's services include Education, Certification and Professionalism for Fluid Power and Motion Control Professionals. |

National Fluid Power Association
Since its founding in 1953, the NFPA has been providing a forum for the fluid power industry. Our member companies have chosen to work together within the Association, promoting fluid power technology and applications; educating the marketplace to its benefits; representing the industry to government and to the broader public both nationally and internationally; developing design and performance standards; and broadening the managerial, manufacturing, engineering and marketing skills of their employees. |
